Pupusas originated in Olocuilta. They are the national dish of El Salvador.
They are handmade tortillas made with either rice or corn flour, and stuffed full of cheese, beans, meat or veggies. We then top them with our homemade tomato sauce and curtido, a pickled cabbage slaw.

Our refrescos are made from scratch using the freshest ingredients.
We dice apples, pineapples, mamey, maranon & add nance for our delicious Ensalada. Our Horchata is made by toasting rice, cinnamon and morro and straining through a sieve for rich authentic flavors.
